This online course consists of three recorded seminars by Cathy Wilcox and gives an excellent introduction to drafting effectively in English. It’s suitable for English-qualified lawyers, and also for lawyers from other jurisdictions wanting to improve their English language drafting skills. As it focuses on drafting legal agreements, it is most suitable for transactional lawyers, but others have also benefited from it.
The course stands alone but would also make a good introduction for delegates before a live training session. Several large firms have bought the course for their lawyers worldwide.
